Summertime Maine, Day 03

Summertime Maine, Day 03

Part Way Through

Maine is so far east in the time zone that the mornings are early. That said, it is worth getting up at the beastly hours to get the shots we all get. We arrive at one of our favorite harbors, and this greets my eye. The graphics, the reflections, the pier … it all comes together for me.© 2015 Margo Taussig Pinkerton. All Rights Reserved. <p>I have known this area for so many decades, and I have photographed it so many times. Arnie has certainly visited here many times now, too. We challenge ourselves each time to not repeat a shot. That said, I am continually looking for the light. The morning dew on this dingy, rubber-ducky dinghy catches my fancy. I look for a pattern that pleases me.<img decoding=

We continue to photograph, but it is time to head off to our fish shack for dinner, as they close at 9:00, and everyone needs and wants to eat.
