Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks are among the most
visited in Utah, and with good reason. The variety
here to photograph is astounding — weeping
rocks, river reflections, narrow canyons, and fantastical
formations. We'll take you to various sections
of the park where you will learn to hone your seeing,
compositional, and post-processing skills in the

Second largest canyon in the US, Canyon de Chelly in Arizona has a history that goes back
to the Anasazi, as evidenced by ancient ruins set
high in the red, sandstone cliffs that frame Chinle
Wash. You will hear a winning story teller relate
the Navajo history and stories that were passed
down to him from his grandparents. We love this
area and can't wait to show you all the wonderful
gems to photograph... Arches, Canyonlands, & Moab

Lighthouses
of the Outer Banks

The Outer Banks are a long, thin strip of barrier
islands that protect the North Carolina Coast. Preserved
to a large extent by the Cape Hatteras National
Seashore, it is a visual feast of historic lighthouses
spaced between long stretches of wild beaches and
pristine sand dunes. The Outer Banks are part of
our own back yard that we know so well, and we will
go to great locations where you can make wonderful
photographs...

is astounding. Half Dome and El Capitan stand
sentinel over the snow-dusted valley. A lone
coyote trots across, leaving delicate footprints. Above,
the big trees beckon, their rich, reddish hues contrasting
with the pure white of snow...
