as you will accept them on the application as being read and understood.
Deposit 25% of total workshop price is due with the application. To reserve a place, make payment
by PayPal or send a check or money order in
US$ for the deposit and any additional installments due at the time of payment, made out to "Barefoot Contessa
Photo Adventures". PayPal deposits are due the same day as the application, while checks must be received within one week of completing
this application. Be sure to print your name and workshop title
on your check.
2nd Payment 50% of total workshop price
due 12 weeks before start date. For 2011 workshops, three months before start date.
Final Payment Balance (25%) of total
workshop price due 8 weeks before start date. For 2011 workshops, two months before start date.
Returned Checks There will be a $35 fee for any check returned for insufficient funds.
Refunds:We recommend you
purchase refundable airline tickets and make refundable
car and hotel reservations. An alternative to is buy trip insurance for which we have a recommendation on all our "Click here for more information" links on our workshop pages. Refunds will be made according
to the following schedule:
Full refund in the event that Barefoot Contessa
Photo Adventures deems it necessary to cancel the
workshop; the participant(s), in turn, will acknowledge
that as full and final settlement.
Refund less $75 cancel fee for cancellations
received in writing 90 or more days prior to photo
workshop start date.
Refund less 20% (of total trip amount) cancel
fee for cancellations received in writing 60-89
days prior to photo workshop start date unless a
suitable replacement can be found, in which case,
refer to #2 above.
No refunds for cancellations 59 or fewer days
prior to photo workshop start date unless a
suitable replacement can be found, in which case,
refer to #3 above.
Please note that it is wise to carry insurance for camera
equipment taken out of your place of residence. Overseas insurance may need a special rider.
