September 11-15, 2022 | Monday noon through Friday afternoon at 2:00
We are committed to keeping our participants as safe as possible during this pandemic. To that end, you should carefully read both our COVID Protocols and COVID-19 Declaration ...
Meanwhile check out the safety protocols for Holiday Inn Express as well as Oregon's updates on its Building a Safe and Strong Oregon.
Come join us for a fun, intensive, five-day photography workshop in the heart of Oregon's wine country.
The Willamette Valley of central Oregon is known not only for its Pinot Noir wines, but for Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling varieties. The area has also garnered top scores for many of its wines from Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
We are working on tastings, dinners, and photography at several of the wineries, along with transportation so that no one sips and sashays along the twisty, scenic roads! After all, if one is buying wines to take or ship home, one wants to be sure to pick the best for one's personal taste!
We are hoping, but cannot guarantee, foggy hillsides that add mood to the acres and acres of vineyards. Remember to check out the blog "Blue Skies, Who Needs-em".
We will be located in a very photogenic area of the state, so stay tuned for more particulars and pricing that will include tastings, etc.
This is also a great workshop for "spousal units," our affectionate term for husbands, wives, and significant others who often join us.
Regardless of your level, you'll be able to celebrate your passion for photography, hone your seeing and imaging skills, and learn about the magic of light to make wonderful photographs. And don't forget our great and fun critique sessions that set us apart from many photography workshops!
When making your plans, it is critical that you plan on arriving for our first session on Monday. Our newcomers should be ready to go at noon, while our seasoned alumni can wait until one.
We tend to stay over the night that the workshop ends, and for those who want to join us, we usually go out shooting and dine one last evening together.
We offer a twofer discount for those who also join us for Along the Oregon Coast.
Meanwhile, be sure to carefully read our FAQs, as well as the various links in the box above. They should hopefully answer almost any question you might have.
