Here are the fees and installment schedules for the following twofer offerings. Please note that because of the extra discount, these should be paid by check. If you do want to pay through PayPal, that is fine, but be sure to tack on an additional 4% to cover their fees. And note that you will have to use PayPal's "send money" option.
