While we do consulting, there are those who really want to take the next step/leap in their photographic journey.

They want to go beyond the bounds of "just another pretty postcard" and produce some meaningful work. This can mean meaningful to them or meaningful on a grander scale.

We have had alumni who have published a book, worked on a culinary project, interpreted the failing eyesight of a mother. There are others who want to take what they have done for years for free and move it to the next level and get paid for it. What a concept!

Yes, this short list is varied, but it is limited only by your imagination and aspirations.

We can help you develop a master plan. This will partly depend upon your commitment, patience (yes, these things do not happen overnight), time constraints, and budget.

There are many ways this can be done, including but not limited to:

  • Initial setting of goals with time frames;
  • Portfolio reviews;
  • Assignments;
  • Help with editing;
  • Aid in presenting your work;
  • In some cases, on-site visits; and
  • Many other facets of taking your work to the next level.

Arnie and Margo were lucky to have had some amazing mentors — Ernst Haas and Howard Chapnick to name two — who pushed and encouraged them along the way. They will do the same for you if you are dedicated and have an open mind.

Meanwhile, be sure to carefully read our FAQs, as well as the various links in the box above. They should hopefully answer almost any question you might have.
