This was our last day of scouting and seeking our own vision.

This is where the blogs get very short, with a few images and comments for each. Those who have been with us on workshops understand why!

We are drawn to the smaller canals, or Rios as they are called here. A delivery barge disappears down a quiet waterway.

Any historic area has old hardware and metal. For some reason, I love these rusty relics that still work well. Here, the latch bar on an iron door caught the light.

So often, a reflection has a story beyond. Here, real estate notices appear subtly against the beautiful masks. Carnevale, after all, brings a lot of people to this beautiful city.

A typical wooden boat is covered and tied up at home.

And back near San Marcos, I work with another model. They really cooperate with those who photograph seriously yet are very kind to the snap-shooters who are grabbing their vacation shots.

In the crowds in San Marcos, we actually ran into one of our participants. I could barely find Arnie when he wandered off, so this was quite a nice surprise.

We had dinner back at the little restaurant we like around the corner from the hotel. Another lovely bottle of wine from Verona to go with our procuitto e melone, tortelloni, and entrecote cooked just the way I like it!
